The Atraumatic Restorative Treatment (ART) Technique and
it's associated programmes is one of GC ASIA's main activity.
Since the initial stages of introduction in it's present form,
GC ASIA has been working closely with the WHO
Collaborating Centre for Oral Health Services Research
in developing the first ART material
Fuji IX as well as the
Fuji IX Instruments utilised in the technique. It has
also worked closely with different oral health care groups
to implement ART programmes. Fuji IX is recognised as the
benchmark material for the ART Technique. No other material
has been comprehensively studied, researched and reported
in research and clinical papers.
80 million restorations in 8 years !!!
Recently, GC ASIA has introduced Fuji 8 (to link to Fuji
8 page) for anterior ART restorations.
As part of it's support to groups implementing ART programmes,
GC ASIA Dental has sponsored and actively taken part in seminars
and training programmes. To date, GC ASIA Dental Pte Ltd continues
to work with the profession to develop the ART Technique and
has developed and made available the most comprehensive range
of ART materials and instruments.
