Attention:
Powder in the capsule can be affected by humidity and deteriorate if the capsule is removed from the protective aluminum foil packaging. Please do not open the individual foil packaging until just prior to mixing. |
|
1. Tap the capsule several times before activation to loosen the powder.
This will help the powder to blend efficiently into the liquid and form an ideal paste consistency. |
|
|
Note: The capsule should be activated just before mixing and used immediately. |
CORRECT ACTIVATION |
|
2. For correct activation, push down the capsule plunger until it is flush with the main body.
Immediately place the capsule into a metal GC Capsule Applier and click the lever once. This will ensure full activation and the correct powder/liquid ratio. The capsule is now correctly activated.

3. After activation, immediately remove the capsule and place it into a capsule mixer (or anamalgamator) and mix for 10 seconds (+/- 4,000RPM). |
|
|
Attention
Please extrude the contents of the capsule within 30 seconds of mixing, particularly for fast setting products
(e.g. Fuji IX GP FAST, Fuji IX GP EXTRA, and G-CEM).
By cooling these capsules in the refrigerator the working time can be extended.
When working with G-CEM we recommend to; either turn off or dim the operatory light due to its dual-cure property.
This will avoid reducing the working time. |
